Anna D’Anna

Anna started teaching fitness 13 years ago, when she quit her corporate job to stay home with her son. She found a new career and love. She now trains and coaches many men and women to reach new challenges that they once thought impossible. Anna shares this about herself. “There is no better feeling than to watch some one that I helped, cross the finish line”. Anna especially loves first-timers. Coaching is up there with the top 10 things she has done in life.

Certifications: USAT Triathlon Certified Coach, ACE, AFAA Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Heart Zones certified

Mary Ann Harpel

Mary Ann Harpel is a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.  She began triathlon training in 2007 under the coaching of Anna D'Anna and found her hidden passion!!   She is a Workout Leader for the Danskin Women's Triathlon and also coaches speed & agility for girls sports.  Mary Ann is committed to inspiring others to lead a healthy lifestyle.  Her philosophy on fitness and in life is "Do whatever you do intensely".
